Celexa lawsuit redresses victims of Celexa.

Product liability claims due to harmful side effects of anti-depressants hit the news first in 2005. Since then one or the other depression cure medicines caused women to deliver babies with certain birth defects. The latest to enter the court rooms is Celexa lawsuit.

Celexa is an anti-depression medicine prescribed to pregnant women who were affected pregnancy anxiety. Some of them gave birth to babies with fatal birth defects that include cardiac (heart), pulmonary (lung), neural-tube defects (brain and spinal cord), craniosynostosis (skull defect), infant omphalocele (abdominal wall defects), and club foot (one or both feet turn downward and inward) and so on.

After due investigations, if the doctors were convinced that Celexa was the culprit, the victims were asked to approach O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath, personal injury law firm that handle even the most complex products liability claims.

Listen to Actos cancer attorneys.

Being the wife of a chronic diabetes husband requires staying up to date not only on the latest cure for type 1 diabetes but also on harmful side effects caused by anti-diabetic measures that include oral as well as injections.

One of the recent developments(is it right to call it development?) in the medico legal industry is the public announcement by actos cancer attorneys that they are accepting personal injury compensation suits by the victims of Actos, a popular diabetic oral treatment. Victims who are diagnosed with bladder cancer must further investigate to find whether their fatal ailment is due to the intake of Actos.

Obviously, the manufacturers have failed to issue sufficient warnings about this possibility. Mikal C. Watts, America’s leading pharmaceutical lawyer believes the victims of Actos may have a genuine legal case in their hands.
