I think I need not say much about the picture here. This is a sort of magic wand with which you can enthrall anyone in your neighborhood especially if you dress like Harry Potter.
This wand is said to contain a battery that generates static electricity. There are some built in 3D Mylar shapes that obey the wand on your hand.
