Have you bought a digital caviar?

"A Digital Caviar? What is this? You must have misread some info".

No sir, no way. I read it right and so are you. It is an external hard drive with a storage capacity of-hold your breath-500 GB. Yes, that is equivalent to approximately 62 DVDs.

I find it amusing to remember that my first computer's built in hard drive was of just 4 GB storage capacity.

Now, the age of talking in terms of GB is bygone. It is the age of Terabyte. Do you know what is a Terabyte? It is 1 followed by twelve zeros. (1,00,000,0000000)

This external terabyte hard disk drive (HDD)is manufactured by Western Digital and priced at just $99.99.
Buy it from New Egg with more detailed product info.

Here is a Trivia for you:
The distance light travels in two months is about one Tera-mile.

I bought a 1Tb one of these a few months ago. I have mine mounted in an external usb thingy and carry it all over the place so it gets bashed about a bit. Really awesome piece of kit that has never let me down.
